My school district gave us all the Monday off. So Daniel and I went on a mini-adventure. :)

Because one's list of responsibilities tends to grow longer and longer as time passes, I haven't had the chance to up and leave Houston for a while. Having the Monday off was perfect:
a freezing cold beach, wandering the strand, and eating at our favorite Galveston restaurant.
Soon I will have a few days in Austin - 3 or 4 of which will be full of adventures!
