My grandma makes an amazing cafe cubano. It's basically espresso. But I like mine as a cortado.
I can't ever get the foam as perfectly as she does. <3

That sounds delicious! I might have to try and make it. My absolute favorite coffee drink is the iced thai coffee at Madam Mam's. It's so sweet and yummy. I'm enjoying a sweetened iced coffee from Starbucks this morning. I actually had time to stop on my way to work today. Yay for holiday week traffic! Have a great day! :-)
